Bikini Bottom
Jumping jellyfish! We love traditional hop-centric IPAs, but here we took the opportunity to enhance hop aroma with a burst of fruit character. Modern hop varietals trend increasingly toward tropical bouquets, so pineapple was the perfect match for this terpene-infused double IPA. Bikini Bottom was brewed and dry-hopped with three varietals known for their pineapple and citrus notes (El Dorado, Citra, and Sultana), then punched up with natural pineapple essence. A few sips and you’ll be bubbling like a gregarious sea sponge on your way to a tropical island paradise.

Moon Haze
This hazy, Double IPA is bursting with tropical fruit and citrus character. New Zeland and American hops along with a proprietary yeast strain give this beer unique and hoppy aromas. Pilsner malt, wheat, and oats produce a distinct cloudy appearance with a smooth, silky mouthfeel.
8.5% ABV, 40 IBUs
STAY CLASSY
The classiest of its West Coast brethren, this San Diego Style IPA is loaded to capacity with new school hops, capturing the dank and citrusy essence of prototypical Westies with subtler notes of berries and white grapes. The liquid gold herein is brilliantly clear, intensely bitter, refreshingly dry- and infallibly classy.
7.8% ABV, 90 IBU
Burnin’ Love Imperial Stout
Hunka Hunka Burning Love! In the frigid months we turn to our Diesel Stout for warmth and it hasn’t let us down yet. This dark and roasty stout is full-bodied and conditioned on cacao, nibs, pasilla chiles, vanilla and cinnamon. Burning Love is a sweet, savory and spicy brew perfect for the warmth needed to get through the winter months.
